Hey everyone!

I thought it was about time I release some of my music. I've been sitting on these tracks for a long time at this point...I've had the pleasure of performing (most of) them live, and folks seemed to vibe with them, so I figured why not put it out there for the world to hear!

Honestly, this has been quite an experience. It's totally different from performing live. There, you gather up the ganas to be on stage for however long your set is, and you leave everything there for the crowd. Once it's done, there's no edits, no second takes, no agonizing over mixing, arrangements, album artwork, nothing. There's no room for perfectionism. You just give it your all, and that's that.

Producing an album, even one as short as this humble EP has felt so much more challenging. I've been so agonizingly critical of myself every step of the way that it's taken me FOREVER to finally say "screw it" and just do my best. The idea behind this work is so precious to me that I wanted to be extra certain I was doing it justice. To be honest, I realized I was doing it a disservice to keep it hidden. It's not perfect. It'll never be perfect. And that's okay. All that matters is that it means a lot to me, and I hope y'all feel that when you listen to my music.

Thanks for taking the time to read my nervous rambles, and thank you even more for listening to my work. You're the best.
